Transportation Arrangement

Shuttle Bus service will be provided on the event day within the specified duration. Bus schedules will be announced later

Route 1:   Central  ⇔  Event Site
Route 2:   Yuen Long MTR Station  ⇔  Event Site
** Important Notice: No Parking Space will be arranged.  Participants are recommended to use our free shuttle bus from Central (Lung Wo Road) or Yuen Long MTR Station (Exit J) to the event base area at No. 7 Barbecue Site, Tai Lam Country Park.

1. There is no public transportation traveling to the event base area. Participants are recommended to take a taxi at Yuen Long town centre to the public car park at Tai Lam Country Park, Tai Tong Shan Road. It takes about 5 minute’s walk to the event base area at No. 7 Barbecue Site.

1. From Hong Kong Island, take the Western Harbour Crossing and follow Route 3, via the Tai Lam Tunnel, to the approach of Yuen Long.
2. At the end of Route 3 keep in the left-hand lane, following the signs to Yuen Long, and join Route 9.
3. Do not go on the flyover, keep in the left-hand lane (signed to Yuen Long) onto the Pok Oi Roundabout and proceed ahead, signed to Tuen Mun.
4. At the next roundabout (Shap Pat Heung Interchange) turn into Shap Pat Heung Road (signed Yuen Long South) and take the first left turn (signed Tai Tong) into Tai Kei Leng Road.
5. At the end of Tai Kei Leng Road, turn left at the traffic lights and follow Tai Tong Road for about 2km, turning left into Kiu Hing Road just before the road ends with a roundabout.
6. Take the first left turn (after a few hundred meters) onto Tai Tong Shan Road and follow the road uphill (don’t fork left) and past a BBQ site (number 5) on your left.
7. There is a small public parking area off to the right. IT MAY BE VERY DIFFICULT TO FIND A PARKING SPACE ON THE EVENT DAY.
8. From the car park, turn right and it’s about 5 minute's walk to the event base area at No. 7 Barbecue Site

1. Owing to limited parking space, participants are encouraged to make use of our free shuttle bus service or taxi.

3. Nearest Parking in Yuen Long: Yoho Mall II (formerly known as Sun Yuen Long Centre)
