Individual and team fundraising profiles may be set up through the website.

Enrolment will be confirmed by email or WhatsApp. Your fundraising profile will also be created for you.

*Confirmation will be issued within 7 days of enrolment. If your enrolment has not been confirmed by then, please contact us immediately.

Event Day

0800    Site opens
0845    Opening Ceremony
0900    Start of Hike

 

●  Provides free Shuttle Bus service
    Assembly Venue:   Admiralty Centre (Admiralty)
    *No parking space will be arranged

●  Provides refreshments and drinks before the start of the Hike at the event site

●  Provides bottled water and drinks at the starting point and specific checkpoints

●  Traditional curry lunch will be served after the Hike

 

*All awards will be presented at a post-event ceremony of which the date will be announced at a later stage

Ways to Collect Donations

●  Collect directly from sponsors.

●  Invite friends and family to sponsor you through your fundraising profile or submit all donations (bank-in slip, image of payment confirmation, cheque) together with the sponsorship form to us on or before 30 April 2024.

●  Official receipt will be issued for donations of HK$100 or above by mail within two months after the event.
