  • Enrollment form can be submitted:
  • Upon receiving the form, we will send a confirmation email to the registrant. Please therefore provide a valid email address on the enrollment form
  • Please send all donations (crossed cheques or other payment receipts) together with the Sponsorship Form to SPHC on or before Friday, 10 April 2020. Please make crossed cheques payable to “The Society for the Promotion of Hospice Care”

Souvenirs

  • All hikers who have completed their enrolled hiking route will be granted a Certificate of Completion
  • All hikers will receive a hiker’s pack with a commemorative event T-shirt and a numbered Bib. Hiker’s pack will be available for collection before the event date at SPHC’s office

Transportation, Food and Drinks

  • Shuttle Bus service will be provided on the event day within specified time durations. Bus schedules will be announced later
  • No parking space will be arranged
  • Light refreshment will be served at the event site before the Hike starts
  • Bottled water and a variety of sponsored drinks will be served at the event site and specific checkpoints
  • Traditional curry lunch will be served at the event site after the hike
